| producer production / set designer photo illustrator stacey@purebredpro.com Ransom works as a Production Designer / Set Designer for a wide range of photo and film projects and she is an award-winning Creative Director and Photo Illustrator. Prior to forming Purebred with Jason Mitchell, she was the Creative Director with Columbia Sportswear, Design Principal with the international branding firm VIA, and the Senior Designer with Limited Stores. She received a BFA cum laude from Columbus College of Art & Design. She is intrigued by the unusual and unique and prefers to look within the shadows. It is this predilection that drives her to create places that don't exist and quite possibly shouldn't. She has a well-read art blog, "Ransom Notes" which focuses on unique artist from around the world.
